No repairs made, only cleaned vents. Temperature taken with gauge show temperature at 54 degrees F. Our garage refrigerator is at 39 degrees F. Please expedite follow up repair. Thank you

Travis was courteous and respectful. He answered questions about the dryer repair. This was a reschedule appointment and it was very satisfactory he was so helpful and obliging in his service. However the original appointment had a no show and we had to wait all day and when we tried reaching Sears we could not get live assistance to let us know that no onr was going to show up. That was disturbing very bad business. A call would have been appreciated. When trying to reschedule, AI set us out 1 month which was not okay as we already waited 2 weeks. We are thankful that when we refused the month out 3 days later we got a one week out rescheduled appointment. That was appreciated. The AI assistant does not assist but merely gives a date and there is no choice in the matter. Overall, I'm glad with the service provided knowing we need to be patient as live bodies are difficult to have on staff and we appreciate that the reschedule was moved up Thank you

Travis was great Polite and knowledgeable. Very nice. Unfortunately your ai emails, texts and cancelling my appointment the day before was really bad. 10 minutes before my Appointment i got an ai text saying I was cancelled. There was no one to talk to or complain to. Will not use again just for those reasons. Travis was the best however.

We waited 4 months to get the correct part and had to reschedule 6 times! This last technician was good. He actually ordered the right part and installed it correctly after the second time of being there. (the first time and every time, the wrong part was ordered by another different technician). Sears on the other hand is terrible! I had five previous technicians out and they all ordered the wrong part! Their AI systems is terrible! You can never talk to a real person and they bother you to death. AI send several emails, texts and phone calls a day! You have to confirm several times, by text, phone and email! If you miss the AI phone call, they drop you in the back of the line that day! I never answer numbers I don't recognize because of all the spam and it doesn't say Sears when calling! I had to pay someone each time to sit there and wait for them. They say 8 to 5 window and then give you a narrow two hour window the day of service and adjust it throughout the day and he didn't get there until after 6 pm. Starts out saying they will be there between 12 and 2 and then 2 to 4 and then 3 to 5 and then 5 to 7 each time! One time the guy never showed at all and she had to wait over

Brittlee did a very professional, and thorough job repairing our washing machine. He diagnosed it during the first visit, ordered the part and returned once we notified him the part had arrived. He took what seemed like, the entire washer apart to access the problem part and then reassembled it perfectly. He was tidy, and neat, ensuring everything in the room was returned to its original state before he left the job. I was impressed with his knowledge of our Samsung, which must be different from other brands. Yet, everything went so smoothly, and the noise is gone. Great Job! I wholeheartedly recommend Sears Home Repair with Brittlee!!!!! He was amazing
